2010 NEWS & EVENTS

"I must tell you about a musical genius in Rufus Harris. I was in Detroit over the wknd., and Rufus Harris, who puts on the 4th Fridays at the Ford Community Performing Arts Centre is an absolute monster.   He is a fine Christian gentleman, cloaked in humility and unparalleled in my humble opinion in today's contemporary Christian music scene. Picture The Meters meets Steely Dan, The Neville Bros, a touch of Al Green and Sting and you got Rufus.  He is a phenomenal writer, singer and absolutely smokin', scary guitarist.  He is incredibly dynamically controlled."
Canadian Blues Recording Artist - Danny Brooks

"A Deep thinker" “well versed” and “well spoken”, deep and intriguing lyrics,  (strong) opinions on social reform and church administration and third world nations."   Keith Seymore, Church Leader & Music Lover
